FMB (Federation of Master Builders)
EVG Landscapes Ltd was awarded the FMB accreditation in 2013 as a full contracting member of the association.
The FMB is a trade association established over 60 years ago to protect the interests of small and medium-sized building firms and clients. Today it is the largest trade association in the UK building industry.
 Choosing a builder who is a member of the FMB means a really good start to any construction project. The FMB is a trade association that promotes professionalism and high-quality workmanship among small and medium-sized building firms throughout the UK. 
Only builders and specialists who can comply with the FMB entry criteria are accepted as members. The Federation logo on our vehicles and stationery is widely accepted as the hallmark of builders who take pride in the quality of their work, and who matches it with an equally well-run business. 
 
In addition, the FMB Code of Practice means that you can expect professional and ethical working procedures and practices at all times. Only those builders and specialists who can prove their skills and good business standing are accepted as members.

FMB Master Bond & Trust Mark (Federation of Master Builders Master Bond Member)

EVG Landscapes Ltd was awarded FMB accreditation in 2013. After two years of carrying out high-quality projects (the least amount of time accepted to be able to achieve Master Bond) EVG Landscapes Ltd were awarded the prestigious, FMB Master Bond status and the government endorsed Trust Mark.

Master Bond & Trust Mark is one of the most vigorous trade association’s statuses to achieve and strict procedures are in place to ensure works are kept to a very high standard. These include:

  • Have a minimum three-year trading history.
  • Have their work inspected by an independent assessor every 3 years. All new members will be inspected prior to their membership acceptance by the NRWB. This is the only scheme in the UK that inspects building companies in this manner.
  • Builders who wish to join the scheme must provide 6 client references including a professional reference from which at least 3 are confirmed by our membership department.
  • Have passed independent financial checks.
  • Have public and employer liability insurance.
  • Have no un-discharged bankruptcies or relevant and outstanding County Court judgments against company directors at the time of application.
  • Be VAT registered if applicable.
  • Have passed credit checks, public record and director checks.
  • Have confirmed their commitment to the FMB and Trust Mark's.
Having achieved the Master Bond status this allows us to be able to offer protection to our clients through insurance backed warranties, for all aspects of construction and landscaping works that we undertake.

Arboriculture Association

EVG Landscapes Limited is a corporate member of the Arboriculture Association and is aiming to become accredited as a full AA approved arboriculture contractor by the end of 2016.

An authority for arboriculture good practice, the Arboriculture Association delivers professional standards and guidance to industry and others, facilitating the responsible and competent management of trees.
